From Junction 21 go down 'SOMERSET AVENUE' (the green road)
At the second roundabout on 'SOMERSET AVE' take the second exit and go over flourdown bridge (the orange road).
At the next roundabout take the second Exit, get into the right hand lane and take a right at the traffic lights, go over hutton moore bridge and take a right at the traffic lights. carry on and just before the traffic lights you will see the Borough Arms on your right.
